Axis Bank Credit Card — oneassist plan

Dear Sir/Madam,

I don't wish to take this service as I already called to customer care about this. I even not received my credit card and got the SMS about the this charges. I also replied the mail that I don't wish to avail this service.
Please stop this service and charges for the same. And reverse the charges if it applied. I have not received my credit card till date and I have been charged.
Please stop this OneAssist service regarding credit card and even don't charge me singel rupee for this as I have not received credit card till date ( 13th June 2019) and why I can pay for the security of the card as I am not holding it till today.
