fraud transaction of 20k _no resolution after 09 months

I have applied for debit card 2 months ago. Whenever i enquire for the same they avoid to say anymore and gives the reason debit card not dispatched due to technical issue. Even i tried to connect with seniors they do not come online to get in touch with customers. They put call on hold for hours. wrongly blocked my credit card

This is to inform you that, the axis bank end team wrongly cancelled my credit card which i have not given any cancellation request of my physical credit card to them. I have requested to cancel only virtual card but they have cancelled my physical credit card as well without any prior intimation to me.

I have sent lot of Mails to them regarding activation of my credit card from last 25 days...

money refund has not been done

I have booked a cab using axis bank credit card. And later i cancelled. Cab people has initiated my refund and its been more than 10 days its not yet done. Bank people promised me to refund the amount with in 5 -7 working days. Because the refund is not done i am getting notification to pay by over due credit card amount. Kindly check and take necessary actions at the earliest....

consolidated charges

fund debited and neft request posted to rbi

I transacted rs 3300 from my axis bank account on 18th may, 2019 but the amount hasnt been credited to the beneficiary.

The status is showing fund debited and neft request posted to rbi. I used the standard neft transaction for transferring my money. All the details are shown in the image attached.

I would request the axis bank team to take necessary actions and process this transaction at the earliest....

I withdrawn rs 10, 000.00 from axis bank atm at mankhurd (West) on 11.05.2019 at 2:00 pm but money was not received by me. After this i wait for sometime time than also no money was not received and receipt was also not received. Then i checked my phone i received a message of withdrawal of amount rs 10, 000. And my account was debited by rs 10, 000.00.

I have received a call from axis bank. By mistake i accepted the policy. Please cancel my subscription for my axis master card ending with 3952. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @3798 for the same.
Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money @3798. May i request you deactivate the service last 2year they...
