Sir, i sm nitin kumar, and i have account in axis bank Meerut Branch, i also use axis bank credit cards, so much extra amount deducted by axis bank credit card department, and customer care connectivity is so bad and not responding from 4 day and chargeable, i want to close my account in your bank due to very bad.please resolve my problem.

My extra amount Rs. 2371/- has been deducted continuously two month that is not right, i have completed my installment in may 2019 but 7 june 2019, again deducted my amount and customer care are not responded and not attended calls .
so please take it urgent, and refund my deducted amount.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have transacted 3000 rs on last friday till now the ammount is not refunded, this is too late.
Please take necessary actions on high priority.
