Axis Bank — Credit Card Online Fraud Not Addressed | |||
On 21st August, 2009 my Axis Bank Credit Card numbered [protected] was used fraudulently in online transactions, I immediately forwarded the transaction emails to the customer service and filed a chargeback within next 24 hours. Till date I have forwarded my case to various departments in Axis Bank but nothing happened, all they have to say is I should settle at least 5000 to 10000 then they can take up the case but I denied to pay a single rupee as none of the transactions were executed by me or anybody known to me. I even filed a general diary and forwarded everything to Axis Bank GC Avenue branch to Mr. Gaurav Kapoor but nothing happened. They kept on harassing me and my family for the payment. On 2010 they filed pulled me to court where my lawyer represented me and court instructed Axis Bank to investigate the case properly. But again nothing happened except for the continuos harassment. They have damaged my CIBIL record so badly since then. Please help in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||
