Axis Bank — Credit card online transaction issue

Dear Customer, your contact details are not available with the bank for online transactions. Please visit your nearest branch to update your contact details or please contact the bank customer care.

1 - without contact details we can't open a bank account also message is coming to mobile for offline transaction how it is possible without contact info.
2 - more than 20/30 times i called on customer care they are telling to contact nearest branch
3 - visited more than 5 times on their branch they are also useless no help.

i wish u ppl would solve this problem asap otherwise i will close the bank account permanently.
