[Resolved] Axis Bank — Credit Card Payments excess | |||
Let me explain you the full story behind my issue. I had called your customer care representative in 2015 to close my Credit card as I was about to travel oversea, your customer representative confirmed me that my card is with no more outstanding and the process of card closing will be taken care at your end (Bank Side). All of sudden in 2016 October your team is calling me and telling me I have to pay the outstanding amount, which I have not used at all you can check the same on my credit card statement as well. still, to not disturb the bank process I agreed to pay the same I made the payment from a gateway, your team didn't receive the payment ( normally it takes 3 workings days for the same) then again asked me to make the payment and confirmed me over a phone that excess payment will be refunded me back as they want to close the issue as early as possible again I agreed for the same and the payment of 10645/- was again made by me. Now when I am asking for the refund your team is refusing for the same, they are saying they cannot refund the excess amount back to me. This is fraud game your staff playing just to get the incentive for the work done from their side. If want my money back because I have already paid for the amount which I have not used and still with this false information you are making fool out of me? this is really not acceptable. If I do not get my money back I will file the police complaint against Axis Bank and customer representative Ms. Deepali I have all the transaction history and legal proofs with me. When I am asking for credit card statement for the final update they are not providing me the same. You cannot just fool the customer. This Girl was unnecessarily calling my people and spoiling my name whereas I have already said in my 1st email I will be available only over email and is ready to help in any case. why had all this fraud done answer me? i will go legal way if you do this again i want my money back .
