Axis Bank — credit card random/wrong charges.

Again overcharged, outstaning amount on my credit card was 36400 and i am charged 4261 as debit interest which is almost 12% aginst 2.95% which is mentioned in terms and conditions, and there is no revert from more then a week from bank. Pls help

Can someone pls explain the below mentioned random debit interest chanrged to me during last year on credit card partial payment.

As per the t&c, this should be 2.5% then how it went up till 20%??? Whats the logic??

Also as per the offer on privilege card, i never received below mentioned benifits

Milestone benefit

Yatra vouchers worth rs. 5, 000 every time rs. 2, 50, 000 is spent on the card
