Axis Bank — Credit card renewal | |||
I am a low risk customer for this axis bank and i have my savings account under this from 2010. I also have my credit card which had its expiry date in june 2017. But it has been 2 months i did not receive my new credit card instead it was dispatched to my old address and now again it has been returned back. I have already updated my current address in the mobile banking site online but when i call the customer care, they say that only old address is visible for them in the credit card section. It means savings account has already updated the new address not the credit card. It is quite obvious that when a person updates his current address... It should be reflected every section either it is savings or credit card department. When i can do it online, why should i go to the bank and ask them to update it on my behalf? I have already submitted a customer request in the nearest axis bank (Btm layout bangalore) but it seems that its not done yet. They did not even give me the customer request number to track it, neither i got any message to my mobile. One more shameful thing i noticed was, we can update the current address if we could upload the followings online to support the current address - adhaar card, passport, dl Just tell me - just to update my current address, should i go to the passport or driving license department to update my address first? Sounds funny! I may stay at my current address only for 2 or 3 months... After i may shift to new location. So every time i should update my dl or adhar cards? Can't the axis bank have my permanent address proof as a valid proof document to renew my new credit card? Just i can say that its disgusting experience with axis bank credit card department and still they could not solve my problem. In fact... No one knows what to do for this issue (Which i noticed in 2 axis bank branches!) as they just ask me to talk to customer care, which i did so many times! Was this information helpful? | |||

I have current account with axis bank & told them to stop all value added services but steel i have charged ₹40 at frist month & ₹98 at 2nd month...
