My name is veeresh pratap singh and i am using axis bank credit card from 2013. My credit card rewards points are not getting reflected before april 2016. When i tried to identified from customer care service from [protected], i spoke with monica and priyanka, both of them are not solve my queries and they get disconnect my phone when i asked why my rewards points get expired without any intimation msg.
