I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 87, 000.

This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as i lost my job and my family has fallen under financial crisis in recent months, but i would like to settle this in a fair and just manner.

I can be able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 15 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

Hi, My fastag account has been debited for 450 INR as adjustment entry.The call centre is defacto busy for past 30 mins . I have no clue how to resolve this.Can someone get back to me on [protected] for a resolution ?
