Axis Bank — credit card,excess payment refund

I paid excess amount in my credit card ([protected]), which is already blocked and i am not using last 4 years. As of now there is no outstanding in my credit card. One payment i made it on[protected] amount 15466.00, reference number:-qici[protected] and another payment was made on[protected] amount 15467.00, reference number qici[protected]. I raised request to refund amount, but they said we will not refund we adjust this amount to settle your cibil. But i don't want cibil masking. You can't force us to do cibil masking. The amount paid wrongly in card, it does not mean you can cheat and adjust with any account. Reqesting to please refund asap.
