[Resolved]  Axis Bank — credit frozen account - why

My account [protected] is credit frozen, i just want to understand that why it is frozen especially when it has the sufficient balance, and even if it needs to be converted into the saving account, it should happen automatically. We are living in a digital world and why i would need to still visit the branch physically? There should be some online way of dealing with such situations.

And from kyc perspective, the bank already has all the documents when the salary account has been opened.
