I had got my account closed before two years after withdrawing money from my account. After submitting the documents their person told me that they will close my account. But after some time i got message to have been charged rs 1000/- for short balance. I approached to the guy he said not to worry we will resolve the issue. After some months again i am being deducted rs 1000 every month resulting into rs 16000 debit balance.

    Dear sir/madam
    I had ordered flipkart for supply of 2 paul london bags (Rs.518 per bag) on 06.10.2018 and payment made by my axis bank debit card. Later on same day these were cancelled and a refund for both bags was initiated by flipkart. The refund references numberd are as below

    Out of above two refunds i have received only one refund of rs.518 on 16.10.2018 and another refund of rs.518 is yet to be received. I had sent a mail to axis bank for early refund but they are not replying. Bank's customer care is also not responding.
    As 16 days has already passed and axis bank has yet not credited refund amount rs.518 to my account, it is requested to take up the matter with bank to resolve the issue.

    A mail was sent to Axis Bank Support on 30.10.2018 and details of my account number, regd e mail and regd mobile no were provided to them as desired in their prescribed form. All details of the issue were given in the mail and requested them to credit the money rs.518 in my ac. A noreplay @axis bank mail was sent to me ensuring that they will look in to the case and reply me within 24 hrs. However, so far they have not replied till date.

      credit frozen account - why

      My account [protected] is credit frozen, i just want to understand that why it is frozen especially when it has the sufficient balance, and even if it needs to be converted into the saving account, it should happen automatically. We are living in a digital world and why i would need to still visit the branch physically? There should be some online way of dealing with such situations.

      And from kyc perspective, the bank already...

      I am in deeply trouble i need your kind favour.

      I had used axis bank credit card ([protected]), i was paying their outstanding regularly when my condition was good. Due to my family and personal problem i am not in condition of pay interest and late payment charges but bank has deducted from my fd amount. My family condition is not well that time thats why on 15 oct 2019 i go in bank and give request of break my fd and clear credit card charges but bank will deduct full amount from my fd with out any intimation.
      I am continuously requesting axis bank customer care to do reversal of my late payment and interset charges but there are no response from them. I request axis bank to reverse my some charges after so that i able to eat food i have no money that time for survive if you are not reverse my money then you whole are responsible for my life.         money not credited in my bank account

        I have withdrawn money from my skrill account to my axis bank account. Its been more than 4 days i have not received money in my bank account. When i confirmed with skrill they said that mine money is already reached to the bank.
        And when i tried to contact with my axis bank branch they are not giving any response no one is picking up my call or many time they are cutting down my call without giving any information.

        I have done a wrong transaction on 18/06/2018 with the transaction number[protected] with out my knowledge when i noticed this i approached your customer services to take a necessary action about it they took complaint and given me complaint number [protected]. After few days i got to notice that your team took a wrong action they took it for the transaction done on 14/06/2018.

        When i noticed i reached your customer services again and asked them to do the needful because beneficiary bank took action and they marked lien for the transaction[protected].

        From that day onwards i'm running behind your team, but there is no appropriate action from you every time your nodal team gives me new complaint number but the issue was not at all sorted out. Then this is the last mail from me and i'm going legally if it was not sort outed with in a stipulated time.

        But there is no response from bank even ceo can't take action how petty several times i sent mails and call they are not responsding

              I have asked open a saving account by a employee from axis bank, i. G road chikmagalur, but i was not able maintain the average balance in account so have asked her to close my account and i have not received any kind of passbook, atm card but i always get messages regarding minimum balance charges and i have also filled the closing account so please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                I am in deeply trouble i need your kind favour.

                I had used axis bank credit card ([protected]), i was paying their outstanding regularly when my condition was good. Due to company is in loss i am not getting my salary in time. I ham getting only partly salary. My salary is only 13000/- in month of november my there is operation of my mother eyes. My father is in age of 79 and still he is working as a welder so my house can get sufficient money. My two elder sister are suffering from night blindness. My wife is at home i have 1 year daughter.
                I am continuously requesting axis bank to do settlement of my outstanding but they are telling me to pay 35000/- one time. I request axis bank that i can do settlemnt in 15000/- which i have will pay in 6 instalment. Axis bank consult person mr. Prashant: mobile number: [protected]. Is not listing for my request and pressuring me for 35000/- in one time.
                I am ready to pay, but i can pay 15000/- in 6 instalment.

                From Morning onward (23-Oct-2018) Axis Bank Executive is in touch with me Mr. Prashant: Mobile number: [protected]. You can call me any time from 10:00 am till 19:00 pm. Sometime Axis Bank executive call they directly insult me on our personal financial problem. Axis Bank Executive have no right to make bad comments on my financial and family problems, Mr. Prashant is directly telling me Axis Bank will send me legal notice.
                I cant afford to pay 35000/- I am ready to pay 15000/- in 6 instalment or if Axis bank wants all 35000/- I am ready to pay but per month I will pay 1000/- till 35000/- will not complete

                    I requested so many times to axis bank customer care that i cannot generate telepin for my credit card no 4514 xxxx xxxx 2702. When i called customer care, customer executive told me the problem is dob not matching so i have to submit dob proof so i am attaching aadhar card as the proof. I don't have any other.. I so many times mail earlier to for the same problem which i am facing. So pl. Change the dob so that i can generate the telepin for my card.

                          Thank you for your email. I really surprised the way you have replied to my queries. Though you said "understand my concern" you have not resolved the issue at all but you tried to convince me saying that the unnecessary deductions done from axis bank is correct. Which i dont understand at all.

                          1. The auto debit feature is enabled on my account then why the full amount is not being deducted on the scheduled date.
                          2. I called axis bank credit card tele banking executive to confirm the same and he/she assured me that this auto debit feature is enabled no need to worry. He/she did not say anything about minimum payment vs total amount due payment. But to my surprise you have charged debit interest 3.25% and gst.
                          3. Also when the credit limit is set then why the system allows me to cross the credit limit set by and again you people charge rs.500 + gst.
                          4. Now today, i paid the balance amount rs.6267.

                          I use different bank credit cards and i never felt this much complicated to use the axis bank credit card.

                          Therefore, kindly adjust or revert my additional amount of interest deducted from my account and rs.500 + gst for crossing the credit limit.

                          Kindly settle this credit card statement appropriately. Else i will surely develop the impression that i got cheated by the axis bank.

                          Please resolve this issue or else escalate at your higher level as per you escalation matrix if you can not resolve at your level or else i will have only last option is to close my existing axis bank credit card and savings account which i am using since more than 5 years.

                            I am aman bansal, account no [protected], branch khan market, new delhi. I have my delhi police salary account with you. On oct 8th, 2018 i came to branch and asked to change my address and registered mobile no. I gave in writing that i do not have access to my old no as that was disconnected due to non-usage and already got allotted to someone else. I also informed them that my address too had been changed so my new chip debit card must have been returned to the bank.
                            The bank issued me a new insta debit card and asked me to set pin via my new phone no after 2 days as it should be updated by then.
                            I tried to activate my new debit card on 12th oct but my could not as my no was still not updated.
                            I went to branch again on 15th october and asked about this. I was told that the person who took my application lost it so it was not done! I gave another application on 15th but my number is still not updated. I already informed them i have to move to south africa on the 16th of october and it is really important that they change the number. I forgot my online banking password and am not able to change that without otp, also my account on my axis bank app still shows the debit card number which was delivered on the old address even when i called the bank and asked to cancel that card. I am really very annoyed with axis bank customer service, even when i have a priority account.

                            Suddenly they started deducting 500 as consolidated charges every month, when enquired they say 10000 is the minimum balance to be maintained. If goes below that they deduct 500 per month.
                            I got a call from [protected] and the person asking me adhaar and debit card number to link, he said himself as senior manager from axis and very urgent to link if i failed govt will take all my money from my account .could you please look into the number and catch them to avoid fraud attempt

                              On 09.10.2018, i have deposited rs.209000/- in the cash deposit machine at 17:35:46. For the account number no.[protected], three g online travel services pvt ltd name (Sector-1 noida branch)
                              Till this day i. E. Up to 14.30 p. M. Of 20 october 2018, this amount not credited in to my account due error and problem in the cash deposit machine.
                              I have given the complaint through the security of atm immediately on 09.10.2018 and i have contacted branch on day by day. But no response from the branch.
                              Also i request you to bear the penal charges for the non-credit of my deposited amount in my account.

                                I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i used that account and it's working fine from last 2 years. Today i saw my account on mobile banking it's showing -648 balance neither i received any decduction message before nor it is showing in my statement. I have 80 rs in that account by last month. I tried to contact on customer care but can't able to reach them. I am in different state can't visit the bank. Please provide me any assistance here if possible.

                                  I had applied for top-up from axis bank, (Loan dept) goregaon - west, branch on april 2018.
                                  Mr. Ayush the sales person told me submit all the necessary documents for the loan procedure. I told him that "i do not have oc & society share certificate" but still he said that you will get topup without submitting these documents.
                                  Regarding the topup it got declined on 12th may 2018 & mr. Ayush gave me sanction letter for bt on 16th may 2018. Sign by mr. Kundan joshi (Emp 84207) manager. "i am applied for topup."
                                  I had inquired about the processing fee in the other axis bank branch, i came to know that fee is rs. 2950/- only but goregaon west had charged me rs. 11800/- (2 cheques of rs. 5900+5900/-)

                                    I was not aware about the rule of 4 transactions in a month.. yesterday i made 4 transactions and after that i am not able to do any kind of transaction. I just took out Rs 500 through ATM and rest 3 were online transaction . I am forced to vlose my account as i am completely cashless
