Axis Bank — Credit statement link is not working

From the last two months i could not able to download my credit card statement from axis bank website.

-after submitting details i got this message..
"no data has been returned for the mentioned details"

Customer care people just saying that, we are working on it. The are working on this issue from the last 2 months? Surprising or either fooling us.
