Deposit e-challan of rs.129955 on 15:11:2016 against grn[protected] vide bank ref no wb[protected]. but, still today credit not pass out to the respected concern. so that i am unable to register my flat. the e-challan was valid up to 18:11:16. i visited the base branch but they refused me and stated that it is the matter of head branch.

      I got a message this evening saying that 356.34INR is been deducted from my account its I have only used my card 1 time this month and i do not understand why without a notification u people deduct these huge amount from peoples account its our hard earned money if we withdraw money u charge if we do not u still charge this is too much. DO not remove unwanted scheme to extract hard earned money from people, i need my money to be transferred and need the answer why do u deducted this amount.

        Hi,
        I got my EDC machine installed 10 days back. From the day 1, daily evening it s not working. No response If i call to the customer care. Some how i found a contact person who work for installing these edc machines but daily same response from him. Server down. I will be having business in the evening time, customers are leaving as the EDC machine not working. Very poor service.

            This is to update you that i am operating card swipe machine TID:18372871 Axis Bank Asha Rani name

            Total INR 87891 transaction happened via Swipe Machine from 24th Oct 2017 to 8th Jan 2018. However only INR 27839 transacted in bank account. Would like to understand why the differential INR 60052 not paid yet and when I will be able to get this payment. Resolve it on priority else I will left with no option but to report it to higher authorities at Axis. Please expedite it, needed money badly.

                I am Rajat Kumar Yadav as a customer o[censored]r axis bank and when i visited in ur agra branch by late of 15 mint so ur gaurd told that no cash would be deposited and then gaurd have done miss behaviour on behalf of branch manager and those whom are the reference of bank staff are getting entry after bank time is over is there any rule in ur sanjay palace agra axis bank only reference person only allowed after banking time over.
                So please kindly take action regarding this as soon as possible if any action would not taken then I will transfer my account or going to close my account.

                  I was a holder of Prime NRE A/C. I am being offered poor quality of service at Parnaka, Vasai Branch of Axis Bank due to repeated acts of pure incompetence by bank staff. The bank personnel make clerical errors and do not know documents required for any transaction. They expect me to run around covering their mistakes. Finally I decided to close my account due to poor service. I submitted my form on 04th Nov 2016, today is 18th Nov 2016. I have still not received my balance due.

                  Customer grievances services is useless. Cannot file a complaint. Not accepting my complaints.
                  I would request that the Bank Gets its act together and give me my amount due.

                      Hi Team,

                      I wanted to inform you that, my credit card associated with this
                      account is blocked. I had tred to purchase a cake on 6th of July from a US site
                      but it asked for ZIP code and after I gave my ZIP code and card details, it
                      showed on screen that the transaction has failed. I immediately called AXis bank
                      customer care and they told me that, I do not have to worry, that the money
                      will come back to my credit card, but instead I got charged for that amount and
                      my card is blocked now as well. the customer care people said they blocked my card due to unauthorized person used my card & they given some number to call and unblock my card. I have tried many times to reach the 022 number
                      but no one picks up.

                      However after so many time called to customer care but your executive listen my concern but end of the call they said there is no complaint register.hence above attachment is attached for your reference or proof i'm already register a complaint but no resolution after 120 days& you take money from my saving account rs 3175 and paid the credit card by own without my permission. now im not believe to axis bank you people without intimating to me & taking money from saving bank & paying the credit card bill. you people charged me every month late fee after blocked my card .pls provide my money back & remove all unnecessary late fee charges

I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When I called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account, but noting is linked with my SB account.

                            I don't have any account in Axis bank, but I am getting some sms on my mobile number stating with some axis bank account numbers and its effective balance amounts (usually we get this balances sms when we have account in any banks). So, it seems that some one created Axis bank account number using my mobile numbers (or using any of my documents too?). I would like to get rid from this problem. any suggestions ?

                              I am taken instantloan on credit card ondt 16-aug 2016, i interacted (SERIND 0298615) REF 42538875 i paid revert back 12-sept-2016 through cheque.at Nalgonda br. i approached toll free .. they told me go to bank and repay the amount. i went axi;s bank, nalgonda, i approached bank officials. they r not interested to take repay amout.. and also they are canvassing to me like this, why repay? u r invest fix deposite, single premiums, sip, insurence policies etc.. etc. i seen d cc statement i am shocked. period 24/09/2016 to 25/10/2016, i paid before cc stament generate.
                              sir, pl see my sb/ac details . i am not used ur amount any transactions 4, 72, 500 till to dt. i dont know to close request to toll free nomber. at least axis bank officials r not told me . to dial toll free request. i think i paid/reverted total amount.my cc.no. xxxxxxxxxxxx4080.

                              after i dialed tollfree no. i spoked loan request no. 26042378 on dt 5-nov-16, 3.24pm,
                              now i received another message 26-nov-16, ur credit card statement Rs.42895.44 due dt 15-dec-16 is generated and will reach u shortly. pl see my sb a/c loancc transaction details for geneuinety. pl.justify.

                              i went axis bank, Nalgonda on dt 12-09-16 & i paid through cheque cc total Loan Amount 4, 72, 500 (before cc generate) Reversed. officials asked me.. why refund amount ? i am not interested to loan i answered. They r convincing to me like this ...u INVEST insurance deposites u will get better money..or deposite like this.. etc...,

                                I had logged complaint regarding refund of my amount of 500 rs which was debited from my account on 12/11/2016 in baby corner bangalore, but transaction was failed and i received message from merchant that amount has been reversed. I got a mail from axis bank asking me to send dispute form. I am trying to send screen shot of dispute form, axis bank message which states amount has been debited and merchant message which states amount has been reversed due to transaction failed, but i am not able to send it as i am getting below error even after creating a zip folder.

                                A custom mail flow rule created by an admin at axisbank. Onmicrosoft.com has blocked your message.
                                Message size greater than permitted limit

                                I have called twice to customer care after raising a complaint. Yesterday customer care executive asked me to zip the file and to try. When this was also not working, again i called today to customer care. Some lady has attended my call and after listening to my complaint she put my call on mute not to return back for almost 25 mins and disconnected my call which is shame to axis bank service.

                                I want my dispute to be handled in a professional manner and help to get my refund back. Please let me know what to do further as i am not able to send screen shots of dispute form and other related documents.

                                Since the 500 and 1000 notes are not legal I have made 3 trips to the bank. Their ATMs are not loaded by RBI they say. And they dont have cash to give me inspite of being an account holder.
                                The Managers are only barking in Margao branch

                                  I always get messages on my number after any transaction from or to my Axis bank account. But from last 2 days it is not working. As i have deposited a amount an hour ago but didn't received message till now. Kindly look into the same..

                                      I visited sector 10 panchkula branch to withdraw 10, 000 Rs using cheque. Cachier gave my only
                                      8, 000 Rs. When I went back to them with complaints They are refusing to entertain it.
                                      They say they have no tracking system to track out the fault caused on bank's part
                                      They are saying Customer must have counted the notes given before leaving the back and there is no other way to find the fault
                                      I believe this cash transaction must have been recored in CCTV . THey are refusing to verify it.
                                      Don't know if they are maintaining CCTV records at all.

                                      Please help me . I am sure there would be a way to track the fault done by cashier. They are saying
                                      there have no instrument at all to track it out. How is it possible . They are not ready to accept their
                                      fault now becuase of lack of tracking mechanism
