Axis Bank — customer care not responding properly and keeping the phone in silent | |
I have a kochi metro card when i check with customer care what's the replacement fee for kochi metro card, each and every one from the customer care will say different answers. If i send mail to axisbank regarding the replacement card fee, they are sending reply "please check with any of the metro stations" 2nd question - when will the old balance will get transferred to new card - the reply — please go to nearest axis bank show all the proof and get transfer to new card. One more funny reply — go to any metro station, and they will transfer the balance. No one from back office, doesn't know what answer to provide to customer and i am waiting for 25 days to get all this answer. When i send a mail, there is no sla and they will send stupid reply. Just now i had a call with kochi metro customer care, they mentioned that the balance is not in process, when i had a call yesterday the executive mentioned that it's in process. — what a good performance to tell lie.
