Axis Bank — DDA Application

I had applied for DDA housing scheme through axis bank by paying Rs. 4050 on 29th Sept, 2014. My application no is 0950384. When I am trying to check the status on DDA website, it shows 'No data found'. I wrote to customer care they say that Bank has not received the payment? which payment are they talking about? I paid 4050 in cash at axis bank sector 53 branch gurgaon. After which my application was accepted by your DDA desk.
