[Resolved] Axis Bank — deactivate one assist and refund the money from axis bank | |||
I have received a call from Axis Bank a year before on Nov 4 2017. it was like customer verification they said and was giving some idea about a one assist plan, and they debited 1899 Rs, I just don't want the subscription I tried calling customer care but no response and irresponsible customer service I dont know how to deactivate and I left it and 1899 rs was last now again today i got debited Rs1899 I contacted bank again no response.I have not used that one Assist for the previous year also .Please cancel my subscription for my Axis Master Card ending with 8647. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same. Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. is 3034795. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money. Was this information helpful? | |||
