[Resolved] Axis Bank — deactivate one assist service for card protection | |
Respected sir, Today i received a phone call from the bank, intimating that rs.1899 would be deducted from the account towards online security. It's not fair to recover any sum from the bank account with out getting proper consent from the customer. Mere intimation will not tantamount to have obtained permission/consent. I was not even given time to think and consult with my parents. I am not willing to pay any amount towards online security. My account details are: Name - p. G. Nivedhya Sb a/c no.[protected] So, kindly reverse the recovery amount to my bank account immediately. Thanking you. Or else, i will be forced to seek the help of banking ombudsman.
