[Resolved]  Axis Bank — deactivate one assist service from my account

Today just now i received a call from one assist. They explained me about the plan repeatedly even if i told them i am busy in a crowded place. They asked me to confirm with my last 4 digit debit card no. So out of no sense i told my last 4 digit debit card no. And then they charged 1899 instantly. This is so rediculous service just trying to grab money by giving you false future accidental protection. I want to ask axis bank if you guys can't protect our account then why the hell did you promised?? What's the value of opening account in your bank if our money and valuable documents goes into third party services. You guys are sharing our documents with a third party services which should be taken strong action against axis bank. Please refund my full money 1899 back as soon as possible i don't need any third party protection and if axis bank can't protect our money and data then please shut down this bank. What to do after going in your given link??? Where should I click? I'm confused because there are many different options too. And just now I started a chart room with your customer service but before a send any messages they closed the chat room. Why so quick?? You don't want to care your customer??

I tried every possible way to reach to you guys but it's useless.
I know one assist service has been deactivated from my account but I haven't refunded my money.

Hi I have an axis ASAP account in jharsuguda branch. today I got a message with your account has been debited rs 257 and rs 46 as consolidate charge..why the hell is the money got debited as my account is a zero balance account.
