[Resolved] Axis Bank — Debit card delivery at my place | |||||
Hello, I lost my card. I requested for a new one. I got a message from blue dart with ref no [protected] that as my name was not mentioned on the courier they had returned it back to axis main branch in santa cruz. I reside in nallasopara. I had several calls with axis customer care to deliver debit card at my place. They even issued me a request number 30828555 on 2 may. Its 26 may and i have not yet received it at my place. Am i supposed to go all way around to santa cruz to have my debit card for which i have paid 200 rupees. If it is so, i would like to deactivate my account, if you cant provide better services.
