[Resolved] Axis Bank — debit freeze on ac [protected] | |||
My axis bank a/c [protected] has been on debit freeze since 31st jan 2019. It has been more than 2 weeks i have been running through the axis bank branch in koramangala, bangalore to remove the freeze. While talking on the phone with the branch my a/c was associated to they first told my debit card was blocked and kindly contact nearby branch and issue a new debit card. I did the same but i was not able to do the transaction. I again asked the one at my branch for the details and he told me to visit my nearest branch and submit a request form. The promise was made that it will be removed in two days and i came back. It had been 4 days since i requested and still the freeze was not removed. Today also i went to my nearest branch in koramangala bangalore. But the freeze was not removed. The reason for the freeze is also not being mentioned to me as to why it has been put to freeze. I am sick of axis bank now and will request you for my account closure procedure. Was this information helpful? | |||
