Bank has also deducted the money from my saving account li

A deduction of rs 540 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

Please refund it, wht is that deduction for?

I have life time credit card but till now no transactions done and no statement generated.
Please revert back the money as soon as possible.
