Hi The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same. The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date. A deduction of rs 100 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well. I have my Saving Account in Axis Bank Bhopal .The bank deducted the amount of 213 from my card as BRN Card Payment money from my saving account linked with my credit card and also the same amount from credit card though the last due date of payment is today and the whole day has not passed yet.Why are they charging twice for this ?

Axis bank has deducted INR 5188 form my account without any prior notice/explanation. Looking at this thread, it looks like it is related to credit card but I have paid all the credit card dues in time.. in fact i have submitted the amount on the day when they generate the statement.

I am Baby Nayak My Account number is [protected] my mobile number linked with two Account number in Axis Bank one is my self in given account number and other is My Son Aditya Nayak Account number [protected] newly opened at MP Nagar Bhopal Axis Bank branch .
I don't applied new Debit card on my Account number [protected] and my debit card validity till month and year 7-2023 but Axis Bank sent me one new card and debited amount Rs. 1770 from my account .
I not want to upgradation ATM card on my account number .
Please cancel new issued debit card from my account and continue my old Rupay debit card and refund Rs. 1770 amount in my account as soon as possible .

They deducted 1768.49 rs on (04/march/2022) from my
saving account with out any prior notice or explanation. may be payment deduction is related to credit card annual charges.
but i didn't even generate my pin number or activated.In addition to that customer support executive told me the annual charge is only 250 INR and even that amount will be cash back on first payment.so for one year it will be free .
please refund my sweat ammount (1768.49)as soon as possible.

I have axis bank credit card emi i have to pay Rs. 2029 as emi, it was auto deducted, the amount was deducted from my savings account, still it was showing to pay, today is my payment date, what is this, I don't understand
