[Resolved] Axis Bank — Deduction of brn-pymt-card done without prior information | |
The bank is fooling around the by saying zero annual fee when giving credit card The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date. A deduction of rs 1884.94 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well. I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done Was this information helpful? | |
Nov 5, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved They notified me that the payment deducted from my account is for my debit card emi, thou there were nothing mentioned on payment deduction notification about emi payment. So they asked me to visit bank to clarify about payment dedication. Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
