Axis Bank — Delay in Issuance of Experience certificate and Full and Final Settlement

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is to inform you that my last working day as approved by the competent authority was 12th August 2021 and my exit checklist clearance was deliberately delayed by my stakeholder out of sheer professional envy and the same was cleared by him on 14th September because of which my full and final is still not settled and my experience certificate/ relieving letter is not issued till date. I have tried to enquire about the reason behind the delay in clearing my exit checklist several times but no valid reason has been given to me by the Circle HR RM. Is it how you treat your ex- employee who gave almost 10 precious years of his life to the bank.

Request you to kindly help and please let me know the date by which I will be getting my experience certificate/ relieving letter along with my full and final settlement. It has been informed to me earlier that experience certificate/ relieving letter and full and final settlement is issued post 30 days from exit checklist clearance date, My checklist clearance was delayed deliberately so that I cannot get my experience certificate/ relieving letter in time for onward submission to my current employer. Request you to kindly issue me my experience certificate/ relieving letter as soon as possible, I will be highly grateful for the same.
