[Resolved] Axis Bank — deleting the unnecessary amount from the account | |||
Axis bank has a collaboration with one assist. Yearly they are debiting 1399 from a/c without any notice. November 2017 and december 2018 they have debited twice. In the year 2017 soon after debiting even though i am continuously called and mailed to cancel the service and refund the money they have not done so, and again this year amount is debited. Needless to say its difficult to contact them. Its wrong from the axis bank side to give away customer card details to external services. How can we trust them with our hard earned money. And its difficult to contact them and if we happen to visit the branch those employees dont even know about these services. Please provide the solution Was this information helpful? | |||
