[Resolved] Axis Bank — didn't receive fastag yet | |||
I have ordered fastag via online through axis bank site on 9th december. Transaction id-[protected], receipt no[protected]. Didn't received the tag yet. Lead cust id[protected] I tried to contact the lead but there is no response. I came to know that my friends who have applied for fastag on the same date received it within a couple of week. So kindly do the needful to get my fastag as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||

Axis Bank have deducted money four times on today from my fastag wallet account? Can they provide my travelling details or Picture of my registerd vehicle, taken by your Cam on toll plaza? I am sure, they can not, because I am not travelled since 28th December'2019.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused. we have a robust reconciliation process and the debited amount is normally automatically credited back in 2 business days. If the amount is not credited, you can refer the link https://application.axisbank.co.in/WebForms/axis-support/product/Fraudanddispute.aspx and raise a dispute. Regards, Team Axis Bank.
My fastag is till not dilver one month complete & custmer care excutive said to m u should wait for 1-2days & branch said we cant do anything for fastag many times i will raise complain in custmore care branch or mail no reply from axis bank

My account balance shown negative balance due to credit card not paid. But past 6 months I have paid regularly but account balance not updating it showing same balance.
