Axis Bank — Disbursal of loan without my consent

Sir, your executive had disbursed the loan amount without my consent.i am very much disappointed .they took almost a month to take my case. after a long period the executives told me that my loan has been login and approved for four lakhs.But one thing I ask the the executives why I didn't get the login ID nor received any email from the bank. instead the executive received in my place and when I complain only at that time they forwarded it to me . again and again I told them to cancel it as I was getting disheartened and express my doubt regarding the procedure the executives convinced me it it was the way in axis bank. After I was convinced they told me to sign the agreement and given the cheques they come with another of their excuse that there was some problems with my sign in the chequess, I told them I there was never a problem arising out of the way I sign and so told them to get new cheque.they told me to sign verification which I refuse instead I told them to get new checks .After that I lost interest and told them to cancel the loan.after a few days I got a call from the bank that my loan amount is to be disbursed at that I I strictly told the lady executives not to disbursed the amount and cancel it .and again on Saturday 1/07/2017 I received a msg that my loan is initiated for disbursement and so I call up the ex I have contacted earlier that they had disbursed the amount on Wednesday 28/06/2017 and haven't entered my account and where does the problem of sign vanished or was it it done to make the customer anxious.
when I require the amount I didn't get it but after strictly telling them not to disbursed it they did the exact opposite.they told me that they had disbursed it neither do I get the amount in my account nor I want it. I'm not responsible for anything.i really don't want the loan now and really disappointed with the bank
