[Resolved] Axis Bank — disgusting customer services and fraudulent commitments | |||
This is to bring in your kind notice the disgusting customer services. Fraudulent commitments and 0% productivity in customer grievance resolution system being adapted and followed by axis bank. I have a savings account with this bank under account number - [protected], in aditya mall indirapuram branch (Ghaziabad) which is almost more than two years old now. But to my amazement this is really disheartening to discover that i am being cheated & looted by axis bank to loot on my hard earned money since now suddenly from three months, they have started to impose unnecessary charges on my account that are deducted every month automatically from my account. These charges were not levied since last two years. I tried calling them many times to address and resolve this complaint but they were never able to explain mew the exact reason for this deduction, which made me suspicious. But with my several complaints and warnings to them, every month the charges which were being levied were reversed and refunded back since they knew that they were wrong. But contrary to this, they are not stopping this kind of pathetic treatment of loot on me as for last month and this month also, they have again levied some unnecessary charges on my account which they were again not able to clarify and then promised to to reverse and refund it back. But to my disappointment, its been more than a month, neither i have been provided any reversal or refund nor i have been provided any permanent solution on this. Their grievance system is so non serious and pathetic that they keep on committing that the branch will contact me to address my issue and take the reversal/refund step on priority, but no one even cares to contact me. Is this some kind of a joke or is this bank running on the principles of looting out the hard earned money of customers who show their genuine interest and gratitude towards the services being provided by axis bank. Nobody has addressed my concern till date despite of repeated requests and a number of complaints in this regard. Therefore this is my final complaint to the bank authorities to provide me a resolution and provision to payback my loan in a decent manner just like every bank does or otherwise i would be left with no other option than to escalate this matter on high priority with filing a legal petition and complaint to reserve bank of india (Rbi) in addition with dragging this matter of fraudulent practices and arrogant behavior of the bank to the court as well. I hope this matter will be taken on super priority basis and i will be provided a result oriented resolution as soon as possible in this regard.
