[Resolved] Axis Bank — disputed unauthorised transaction from axis bank account | |||
Disputed unauthorised transaction happened on 10/12/19 by crating UPI ID from saving account Axis bank customer I’d[protected]. UPI ID was created on 10/12/19 at 19.30, massage from AXIS BANK on mobile recived immediate I informed Axis bank cousumer service that I have not created UPI ID .Within 5 months 5 unauthorised transaction happened without waiting my confirmation regarding UPI ID. It is deficiency on part of Bank without confirmation carry out transaction .I am taking legal action in local Court and Consumer court.
