[Resolved] Axis Bank — Due to technical problem i did not receive money | |||||
With reference to the subject on date - 12.10.2016 at 21:25 hrs i withdraw 1000 rs from Bank of Baroda ATM from Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad but due to technical problem i did not receive money but bank has deduct my money from my account. I have already made complaint in Axis bank twice but still i did not got any response from your side. Deferred ID for the deduction was [protected]. Verified Support Jan 05, 2017 Axis Bank Customer Care's response Hi Deepak, We had raised a chargeback via dispute ID:[protected] dated, however, the same has been rejected by other bank. the beneficiary has not recd. any funds...imps should be instant as its a chargeable service...customer care helpline has constantly kept me on hold after several tries...
