[Resolved] Axis Bank — Duplicate 500 rs withdrawal by axis bank | |||||
Dear sir/ madam.. I used my sbi atm card in axis bank atm shinde ki chawni lashkar gwalior (Mp). I withdrawal 3000 rs but i have found 500 duplicate note. N i immediate complaint to respected axis bank branch hujrat road gwalior. But they didn't accept there mistake. Plz do need full to my complaint. As per RBI guidelines, in no case the counterfeit notes should be returned to the tenderer. You may refer to RBI's Master Circular – Detection and Impounding of Counterfeit Notes No. DCM (FNVD) G- 4/16.01.05/2015-16 dt. 01.07.2015 for detailed guidelines in this regard.
