[Resolved] Axis Bank — Duplicate transaction amount is not refunded | |||||
I have made a transaction through myntra online on 30th october 2016. The transaction has been made twice. When i contacted myntra, they mentioned that the duplicate transaction has been declined and the refund request is already sent to axis bank for refund. The declined transaction id is:[protected]oct2016 - rs 3541.33 12:16am). But when i contacted axis bank, they are saying, they haven't got any notification from myntra and amount is not refunded yet. It's been five months i have been contacting myntra and axis bank. Both parties are playing with consumer without resolving this issue. Kindly help me to get my amount. Greatly appreciate your help.
