I previously bought some items in amazon in EMI option, Within 4 working days it will automatically converted into EMI. Why should i manually convert into EMI?

Axis bank has deducted Rs. 118 twice from my account and the transaction log says Info: Sign. Verf chrgs mandate Regst/Stop. What is this? Credit the amount back
