This email is in reference to my bank account (Ac [protected]) under the name of mgw properties pvt ltd. Which is newly opened. There are many problems since i had the account.
I visited branch axis bank old gt babuganj near sbi atm rohtas-821307 to deposit 1 lakh cash and they denied i had word with shashi shekhar (Senior manager) and he said as per account limit we are not supposed to deposit more than 50 thousand in a month and forced to change the home branch. Then i contacted to my rm raj "mahipalpur branch delhi -110037" (Email id raj9. [protected]@axisbank.com). He said the max cash deposit limit is 12 lakh in a year. So you can deposit the funds. And even my rm denied for further help.
This my first experience with axis bank and it's pathetic. Our business is related to properties and same has been informed to mr. Raj to avoid such problems in future.
So i have request take the action against both of them either i'll put the complaint to higher authorities and close the account (Lakhmichand. [protected]@axisbank.com)

1. Initially, wrong info is given related ac facility.
2. No help from rm.
3. Denied for other help.

1. Denied the deposit of one lakh rupee in cash.
2. Forcing to change the home branch. (Then only we can deposit the funds) why this?
