[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Fake job offer and paid money but not received any refund

Dear sir/ madam,
Iam sneha, 24yrs old. I have got scammed.
Upi fraud - total amount paid rs.59623.
All these total amount paid only through Google pay in one mobile -[protected] by 5 transanctions.([protected]@okhdfcbank)
Received a text sms of Axis Bank job hiring via Shine.com call Radhika (HR)-[protected].I called her she said to pay first Rs.100 for security charge for interview then I asked some normal interview questions and asked me that did I want to join through reference or by attend all interview process I said I will go with reference then she asked to pay Rs.5000 which is refundable and CV through whatsapp. After that I received a call from Ridhima ([protected]) from head office of axis bank in Mumbai she asked passport size photo then Rs.16000 for processing fee to show in your offer letter then I paid blindly without any suspect. Then asked again and again rs.20000 for one month training fees refundable, Rs.18253 Gst charge refundable then again she asked for final process I have to pay Rs.22000. then I informed about this matter to my brother and he asked to put a call on conference he talked to her and asked id card and official email id but she refused and the he asked to refund our money back otherwise we will file a complaint to police then she said to refund all the money by tomorrow 10.a.m. or otherwise we would take legal action. Today 24.07.21-10 a.m. I asked her she said will refund before 2.p.m but when I called her 2pm she said won't refund money because my brother talked to her that we will take legal action if she won't refund. So please help me I know I have done a huge mistake but please help me to get back my all amount. This is a huge amount for us and Iam from a poor family.
