Axis Bank — fast tag applied online on bank's website but fastag not delivered within promised timeline | |||||
I have applied for the fast tag from the axis bank and payment was confirmed for the issuance of fast tag against receipt number :[protected]. When the payment was confirmed and receipt was generated no notification or intimation was given regarding how the fast tag is delivered to me. When applying for the fast tag it was assured that fast tag will be delivered within 7 working days. It has been 14 days and still there is no update for the delivery, no tracking number was also shared with me so that i can track the status of my order. When called to customer care number [protected] multiple times call is not picked. Also mail was sent to bank only computer generated reply was given one time only and further no body is responding. Now as fast tag is compulsory from tomorrow onwards who will take responsibility for not delivering services despite of paying towards bank in advance Was this information helpful? | |||||
