[Resolved]  Axis Bank — fastag applied on 16 dec 2019 but still not received and when i asked the bank people they are irresponsible and arrogant

I have applied fastag with axis bank on 16 dec 2019 they said fastag will be delivered in 7 days but it's been a month but fastag is not received.
When i approached the bank they are irresponsible and arrogant. They show no interest in resolving the query. The toll free number they give is not connected to any executive.
Too bad customer service.

My fastag account opend 10 dec .but fastag not receive me and not receive any tracking or pod no.
Toll free no. Not working properly I try to meny time but not respons toll free ...
