[Resolved] Axis Bank — fastag never reaches | |||
I paid for a online fastag with axis bank on 18th november, 2019. There is no response for the number of emails i have sent them, nor i am able to get connected to their phone line which has been prominently given, saying in case of any issue please call them on[protected]. It will get connected, but no one will respond and is on wait. Pathetic service from axis. Hope they improve and cater to the customer needs. Was this information helpful? | |||
