Hi, i am a resident of chandigarh. Fasttag was dispatched through bluedart awb number: [protected]. They never came to my place and automatically updated the status-person shifted from this place.

As per bluedart, it has been sent back, now what is the procedure? Who is responsible for the extra charges by toll plazas, and who will bear it?
