[Resolved]  Axis Bank — fastag not delivered and no response too

I had applied for fasttag through the axis bank portal an even paid the mentioned amount of 200 and it was said that the fasttag would pe delivered within a week. However it has not been delivered till now and also there aren't any messages from them. The toll free number is also not being answered and emails are also not being responded with the current status of the process.

Hi, you can track your application status on the Bluedart website by simply entering your vehicle number (VRN) as the reference number. The tags will be delivered at your dispatch address. Regards, Team Axis Bank.
