Axis Bank — fastag not delivered to hemant karekar

Address:JAI SANTOSHI MATA ROAD, NEXT TO RAJ ANMOL,, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400103

Hi

I received confirmation from on 30th November 2019 that my fastag has been dispatched and also mentioning my Wallet ID and ETC Customer ID.
I have even recharged my fastag wallet using the above details, but cannot pass through the fastag lanes as, till date my fastag has not been delivered to me.

Request your support in resolution of this complaint.
