[Resolved] Axis Bank — fastag not delivered yet | |||||
I have ordered for a fastag through my axis bank account and have received messages regarding successful order with money being debited from my account. I haven't received it yet and am enclosing my details for knowing why bank is ignorant in delivering the fastag yet. Vehicle no: tn 72 ay 5581 Payment of rs.200 made on dec 7th 2019 I haven't still received it and am requesting action to deliver it at the earliest. They haven't updated nor responded about the current status yet. Kindly take necessary action since i find bank very slow and they should not get into this business if they can't help issue fastag to concerned people. Was this information helpful? | |||||
