I have paid Rs.200/- and applied for FASTag from Axis Bank web site on November 26th. URN : 56916023 Receipt Number :[protected] Till today (Dec 10) I have not received the tag. Customer care number[protected] is fake. It doesn’t work. There is no customer care email id. Axis Bank is a fraud Bank. RBI should ban Axis Bank. Axis Bank is unfit to do FASTag business.
