Axis Bank — fastag not received - pathetic service | |
Hi - i have made full payment towards getting fastag on 2nd dec (Transaction id: [protected] & receipt no[protected] but still now i have not received the fastag as on 13th dec I tried reaching the customer care number [protected] multiple times and on various days but it does not connect. Sent them an email (Interaction id:[protected] and have not received any response Such a pathetic service is really disappointing and frustrating. Can you please have the fastag delivered asap else stop marketing this as a service, in case you do not have the capability & capacity. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |
