[Resolved] Axis Bank — fastag not received physically. no tracking facility available. | |||
I applied fast tag on 21 dec.19. Axis bank confirm for 7 days delivery. But they did not delivered and not updated any information regarding delivery. However there is no option for tracking the delivery at axis bank. Their customer care no is dedicated for speaking advertisement of shopping cloths and other items but no information for fast tag. This number [protected] is fake no. To manipulate customers and not to registered any complaint or help and on their banking customer care no. They did not answer any thing related to fast tag. If you want to cancel your fast tag, there is no option is there except getting stress. I am challenging axis bank prove me wrong. This is worst service of axis bank. Is there a minus rating possible? If so I would give -5 stars. Not only are they not delivering the tags for which they collected money, there is no way to track its status nor get them to communicate at all. Pathetic is not the word!
