[Resolved] Axis Bank — fastag not received since more than a month now | |
I applied, paid for fastag if axis bank. Got customer and wallet also. I recharged also. I still didn't get fastag and it is more than one and half month now. Call centre number just goes to some advts. Email complaint another waste. They even replied on this forum that they regret and same replies everywhere. Is axis bank is doing any fraud keeping this fastag as a business? I am now seriously thinking to approach legally as i don't see any other alternative.
