[Resolved] Axis Bank — fastag not received sofar | |||
I have booked fastag on 20th december 2019 but still not received. I called customer care but no proper response. I waited for 12 min to get the cc executive he simply says you will get it shortly and hung up the call. I emailed to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com the take a complaint and without my notice they have closed the complaint. Worst thing they auto debited rs.800 recharge my fastag which i have received yet. Once again i have raise a complaint to remove auto debit but no response so far.
