[Resolved] Axis Bank — fastag not yet received | |
This complaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag. I ordered for faridabad, haryana. I had applied for fast tag in nov 2019 and it was mentioned that tag will be delivered within 7 working days from date of application. But still i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and etc customer id. Also on daily basis i am getting sms that recharge your tag as wallet balance is 0. Please deliver the tag asap or refund the amount so that i can apply from somewhere else. Was this information helpful? | |
