[Resolved] Axis Bank — fastags not received yet | |
I paid and applied online for fastags on axis bank site for my two cars on 18th and 23rd december 2019. The bank committed to deliver the tags within one week. But, till date i have not received them. There is no way of checking the status either. The 1-800 phone no. Is a joke. After a long wait listening to their promo messages the line goes dead. Every time. There is no specific option on the axis bank site to register fastag complaints. Was this information helpful? | |
